These terms cover the use of fincalcapp.com. They are deliberately short and readable — this is a free reference site, not a product with an account or a subscription.
Every figure on this site is an estimate produced by a published formula, not personalised advice. FinCalc is not an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, broker or financial adviser, and nothing here creates such a relationship. Real outcomes depend on details a calculator cannot know — your full circumstances, local rules, and decisions by tax authorities and immigration bodies. Before acting on money, verify against the official source we cite and, where it matters, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
The calculators are free to use, for personal and professional purposes, with no account and no sign-up. You may not use the site in a way that breaks it for others — automated scraping at a rate that degrades service, attempts to bypass technical limits, or resale of access.
Tax rates, thresholds and fee tables are taken from official publications — tax authorities, ministries, statistical offices — and each page cites the sources it used along with the date the data was verified. Rules change, sometimes retroactively, and we do not always learn of a change the day it happens. If you find an error, tell us and we will fix it.
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and to the extent the law permits we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its figures. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.
You may quote our figures and embed our calculators, and we would like you to. Please credit FinCalc and link to the page the figure came from, so your readers can re-run the numbers and see the sources. Embeds must not be altered to change results or to hide the attribution.
The site is funded by advertising and may link to third-party sites. We do not control advertisers or the pages we link to, and a link is not an endorsement. What data advertising partners collect is described in our privacy policy.
The text, design, code and explanatory content are ours. The underlying facts — statutory rates, thresholds and official fee tables — are not owned by anyone and you are free to use them; our licence concerns the way we present and explain them.
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be visible there rather than applied silently.
